Where can I purchase the 2025 Digital Planner?
Purchase it at $19.90 in the colours: Matcha, Chutoro or Kuro. Each purchase of the digital planner comes with a complimentary Digital Sticker Book available to use in most note-taking apps.
When will I receive my digital planner?
The 2025 Digital Planner will only be sent to you in early November.
For those who are receiving it complimentary with the physical planner preorders, it will only be sent via the email you have made your purchase, in the same colour(s) that you have preordered for the physical Planners. Please look out and check your spam inbox.
How to access your digital planner?
Upon successfully checking out the 2025 Digital Planner, you will receive the download link/file in your email used to check out. Do check your spam inbox as well.
This zip file includes both the 2025 Digital Planner and stickers — save this zip file in your Files before importing the PDF in your respective note-taking apps.
What is a digital planner?
Due to popular demand, we have created a digital version of our annual Personal Planners to help organise your life wherever you are! Similar to a traditional paper planner, a digital planner helps you manage your goals, tasks and important appointments.
Essentially, it is an interactive PDF file that can be written on using a tablet and a stylus. The kāi 2025 Digital Planner also comes with a set of digital stickers to brighten up your pages.
What are the functions in the digital planner?
We’ve kept the main functions of the digital planner close to our 2025 Personal Planner that you may already be familiar with, such as the Mood Tracker and Habit Tracker.
Here are some ways to take further advantage of a digital planner!*
- Use the internal hyperlinks, to make navigating between sections a breeze
- Add our digital stickers or your own photos, to brighten up the pages
- Start a new blank page using our templates (blank, lined, dotted, gridded), for your extra notes and reminders.
- Fill up the Mid-Year and End-Year Check In sections as the year passes to reflect, refocus and revisit and see how you’ve grown and changed over the year.

On which platforms can I use the digital planner?
Our Digital Planner is optimised for use on tablets such as the iPad or Samsung Galaxy Tab. Download and import the PDFs into the following note-taking apps to get started —
For iOS devices: GoodNotes* (recommended), Notability (recommended), CollaNote, Flexcil
For Android devices: NoteShelf
Our Digital Planner can also be accessed on smartphones and on most PDF readers, but it may offer the optimal experience with full functionality — such as when using internal hyperlinks.
*Goodnotes iOS is only free for the first 3 notebooks. Notability is our recommended free alternative that still has full functionality of our planner.
How do I download and import the digital planner PDFs?
Step 1: Save the digital planner PDF either into your Files app (iOS users), device folders (Android), or from Cloud Storage providers such as iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive).
Step 2: On the note-taking app of your choice, there is usually a + button on the home screen. Tap on it to import.
Step 3: The app should automatically open a window showing your Files app or relevant folders. Locate the PDF or GoodNotes file you want, and tap to import it into the app.
You should now find the digital planner inside your app library, ready for use!
How do I use the internal hyperlinks for navigation?
Here are all of our internal hyperlinks! Swipe to go from page to page, or simply tap on the internal hyperlinks on every page to jump between sections.
Take note that most note-taking apps will have two modes: View Mode and Edit Mode. If you're trying to tap a link but it's not working, chances are that you’re in Edit Mode. Switch to View Mode to navigate the document. Switch back to start writing!
E.g. Here’s the button in GoodNotes that will take you from Edit Mode to View Mode.
How do I add your digital stickers? (GoodNotes users)
Option 1 — "kāi 2024 Digital Sticker Book (Goodnotes Only).collection" digital sticker book
Simply import the sticker collection into GoodNotes. The sticker collection will be automatically added to your Elements (the blue icon with a yellow star on it) tab. Change the title to whatever you want and press the “Create” button.
Option 2 — Add individual sticker files from the ZIP file
Step 1: Open the folder of digital stickers, select all and Save to your Photos album
Step 2: Go to GoodNotes, tap on Elements (the blue icon with a yellow star on it), scroll all the way to the right and tap on the ‘+’ button to create a new collection
Step 3: Tap on ‘Add Photos’ and select all the stickers you’ve just saved.
Step 4: Rename and save the new collection. You can now easily use the stickers through Elements.
How do I add your digital stickers? (Non-GoodNotes users)
Open the folder of digital stickers, select all and Save to your Photos album. On your chosen note-taking app, add the sticker PNG files just like how you would typically insert images.
Do note: All our stickers should have a transparent background, but apps such as Notability and Flexcil may convert the image background to white.
How do I add more blank pages (blank, lined, dotted, gridded)?
Here’s how to duplicate pages in GoodNotes:
Step 1: Go to the page you’d like to duplicate
Step 2: Tap the three-dot icon in the top-right corner, and tap Copy Page.
Step 3: Next, go to the page right before / after where you’d like to insert the new page.
Step 4: Tap the New Page icon in the top-right corner. You can choose Before / After / Last Page based on where you wish to insert the copied pages.
Step 4: Tap Paste Page. Now, start writing!
NOTE: Each note-taking app might differ slightly.
